Recently, the ACAE Headquarter R&D Office Building No. 101 under AVIC CAPDI construction management won Magnolia Award (the Shanghai Construction Project Quality Prize).

The 156-meter-high 32-storey ACAE Headquarter R&D Office Building No.101 (total floor area: 131,118m2) is constructed starting from Nov. 2nd, 2010 completed on Dec. 26th, 2012. Its underground part is with one-storey structure partially two-storey structure.
